Cute fox!!

Hi everyone!
I have a card with lots of new stamps for you today:
I started by stamping the fox and the little hearts on white cardstock, coloring them with promarkers and cutting them out. For the background I used a white panel, that I colored using Broken China and Shabby Shutters distress inks. Then I inked the Lauderdale trees stamp set with Antique linen ink, and removed some of the ink from the tree trunks with cotton. Then I colored over them with Rich Cocoa Memento marker and after giving it a couple of sprays with water, stamped it over the background. Love the effect it gave the trees! I used the distresser on the edges of the paper, and went over it with Gathered Twigs distress ink. Then I glued it to a card base made from Eggshell Layering Paper. I stamped the sentiment on a piece of Eggshell paper too and cut it like a banner. Glued everything to the front of the card, and added glossy accents.
Here is a close up:
I made this card for the January contest over on the Hero Arts blog
Ok, time to go to bed! I'll be back with another card tomorrow, so thanks for stopping by and I hope you liked it!
