Hoy queria ensañaros mi tarjeta para el reto de Enero de La Pareja Creativa. Hace ya unos dias que empezo el reto, pero voy un poquito tarde :-)

Today I wanted to share with you my card for the January challenge at La Pareja Creativa. It started a few days ago, but I'm sharing a bit late :-)
Esta vez el reto consiste en utilizar una paleta de colores que os damos, o en utilizar etiquetas. Se puede hacer una de las dos cosas o las dos, asi que esta vez el reto es facilito. Aqui os dejo los colores para que os animeis a participar:
This time the challenge is a color combination, or using tags. You can do one of the two things or both, so it's an easy one. Here is the color combination in case you would like to join us:
Yo he utilizado la paleta de colores en mi etiqueta. Con tintas distress y una esponja fui añadiendo los colores, y despues la salpiqué con unas gotas de agua para que reaccionaran las distress.
I used the color combination on my tag, using distress inks and an ink blending tool to color it. Then I added some water drops to add texture.
El set "Etiqueta Decorada" es el producto del mes, y ademas de utilizar la etiqueta, he utilizado un par de adornos del set. Creé un borde troquelado en el frente de la tarjeta con el "festón" y troquelé unos corazones de goma eva para acompañar al mensaje.
The die set "Etiqueta Decorada" is the product of the month, and apart from using the tag, I also used some of the decorations from the set in my card. I created a border using the "scalloped" die over the front of the card, and I used fome fun foam hearts to go with the sentiment.
Para darle brillo a la goma eva, he utilizado primero el rotu de Wink of Stella y despues una buena capa de Glossy Accents.

To give the fun foam some shine, I used first a coat of Wink of Stella marker and then I added a thick coat of Glossy Accents.

I'm back! I know, I've been gone for a very long time, but summer was a bit crazy, I had no internet access, and my laptop finally died. But now I'm back from the holidays, I have a new laptop, and I can't wait to start creating again :-)
While I was on holidays, I shared a couple of things over at La Pareja Creativa, so I thought I should make a quick post over here, letting you know in case you missed it. Here you can see a little bit of both cards I shared over there:
¡Estoy de vuelta! Si, lo sé, esta vez si que he estado desaparecida tiempo, pero el verano fue un poco de locura, sin conexión a Internet, y con mi portatil muerto. Pero ya estoy de vuelta definitiva de las vacaciones, con portatil nuevo, y estoy deseando ponerme a scrapear :-)
Mientras estuve de vacaciones, publique un par de cosillas en La Pareja Creativa, asi que he pensado que podía compartirlo por aqui con una entrada rapidita, por si os lo habiais perdido. Asi que aqui os dejo un pequeño adelanto de las dos tarjetas:

Sorry for the long silence, but I've had computer problems and I'm trying to save everything I can before my laptop finally dies :-( So not a lot of crafting or blogging going on here.
But today we start the August challenge over at La Pareja Creativa and I had to share it with you, so here is my card:

Ya siento haber estado desaparecida durante tanto tiempo, pero estoy teniendo problemas con el portatil y estoy intentando guardar todo lo que pueda antes de que muera del todo :-( Asi que no he tenido mucho tiempo para blogear o scrapear.
Pero hoy comienza el reto de Agosto en La Pareja Creativa y queria compartirlo por aqui, asi que aqui va mi tarjeta:
This time, the challenge is to make a tag or use a tag in your project. I decided to make an acetate tag using the product of the month for August, that is the " Pequeños Regalos" die set:
Esta vez, el reto consiste en crear una etiqueta o utilizar una etiqueta en tu trabajo. Yo decidí crear una etiqueta de acetato utilizando el producto del mes de Agosto, que es el set de troqueles " Pequeños Regalos":
I used watercolor paper and distress inks to make a very colorful inked background. From there, I die cut the numbers and the tag tab and I created the tag using a piece of acetate. I stamped the "Feliz Cumpleaños" with black StazOn ink, and using a sponge and white StazOn ink I gave the edges of the tag a bit of color so you could see it better over the card front.
For the card, I used kraft paper and the stencil "Puntos Retro" with some white embossing paste. I glued a strip of the watercolor paper to the bottom of it, and I added it to a white card base.
Here you can see the tag a bit better:
He utilizado papel de acuarelas y tintas distress para crear un fondo muy colorido. De este, he troquelado los numeros y la pestaña con la que he heco una etiqueta de acetato. He estampado el "Feliz Cumpleaños" con tinta StazOn negra, y utilizando una esponja, y tinta StazOn blanca le dí algo de color a los bordes del acetato para que se viera mejor sobre el frente de la tarjeta.
Para la tarjeta, he utilizado cartulina kraft, el stencil de "Puntos Retro" con pasta de embossing blanca. He añadido una tira del fondo colorido que hice al principio y lo he pegado sobre una tarjeta de cartulina blanca.
