Lawnscaping Challenge 22

Hello! Today I have been busy trying to enter some challenges before they close, but I don't know if I will have enough time, so let's start:
So I made this card for the current challenge over at Lawnscaping. The theme for this challenge is a photo inspiration, and here you have the picture:
As you can see, I changed the apples for birds, and the basket for a tree, but that is inspiration, right? ;-)
Anyway, I started by cutting the tree with my silhouette out of white cardstock, and I colored it using Vintage Photo and Gathered Twigs distress inks. Then I cut a piece of white cardstock for the front of the card, that I colored using Broken China and Iced Spruce (just around the edges).
Then I stamped the birds from the "Making frosty friends" set with Black Memento ink and I colored them using distress inks as watercolor.
I used Ripe Persimmon, Festive Berries, Iced Spruce and Evergreen Bough mixed with Pearlised water (water and Perfect Pearls) to color the birds.

I hand cut them and I cut a snow bank too. Then I stamped some of the stars from the "Teeny tiny backdrops" set onto the background using White StazeOn ink.But the color wasn't deep enough, so I went over them with a white gel pen, and I added some dots too. Glued the snow bank and the tree to the front panel, and I stamped the sentiment with Black Memento ink. That sentiment was created combining two of the sentiments from the "Pa-rum-pa-pum-pum" set. Then I stamped the birds over the front panel, so they would have legs, and glued them on top using foam dimensionals. Added stickles to the stars and to the snow bank and mounted the panels with dimensionals onto a white card base.
This week's challenge over at Simon Says Stamp is "Anything goes", so make sure you link everything you make!!!
Now, let's see if I have time to finish another card...
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you liked it!
