Hi everyone!
Today I have a special post for you, as it's a collaboration with Isa from Happy Cardmaking. We've known each other for a while, and we met in person last summer and she's such a nice person and an amazin cardmaker full of ideas. We "work" together at La Pareja Creativa, and she's asked some crafters to help her for a while with her blog, because she just had a gorgeous baby girl and she didn't want to take time off without any content on her blog. So that's why we are here, to help... or at least try ;-)
I decided to make a card for Miriam, her beautiful baby daughter:

Hoy os traigo una entrada muy especial, y es que es una colaboración con Isa de Happy Cardmaking. Hace bastante que nos conocemos ya, e incluso hemos llegado a conocernos en persona el verano pasado y es una bellisima persona, y una increible tarjetera que tiene un millon de ideas. A mi me deja loca! "Trabajamos" juntas en La Pareja Creativa, y como acaba de tener a su niña Miriam, ha pedido a varias scraperas que la echemos una mano para que el blog no se le quede muy parado. Asi que pare eso estamos aqui... para ayudar, o por lo menos intentarlo ;-)
Decidí hacer una tarjeta para darle la bienvenida a Miriam, su hija que es una preciosidad:
I started by coloring those cute animals from Simon Says Stamp a few days ago. I didn't want them to look like real animals, more like cuddly toys, so that's why the colors are a bit crazy :-)
Then I created the background stamping and masking lots fo presents, the banner and the balloon, that I colored using my alcohol markers.
I guess I wanted it to look like a table full of presents for the baby, so that's why I added the wood paper at the bottom, with the embossed "Baby".
Empecé esta tarjeta coloreando esos animalitos de Simon Says Stamp hace unos dias. No queria que parecieran animales de verdad, quería que fueran peluches, asi que por eso utilicé unos colores un poco locos :-)
Despues creé ese fondo estampando y enmascarando un monton de regalos, el banderin y el globo, que coloreé utilizando mis rotus de alcohol.
Mi intencion era que pareciera una mesa llena de regalos para el bebé, asi que por eso añadí el papel de madera con el "Baby" embosado.
I had a lot of fun coloring this card, and I hope Isa likes it when she gets it in the mail ;-)

Like every other Friday, today it's the beginning of a new challenge at 3 flowers-retos de tarjetas, and this is a fun one! Mariaje is the challenger this time and she is an incredible scrapbooker, so she decided on a LO scraplift, and here is my take:
Hoy Viernes, comienza un nuevo reto en 3flowes-retos de tarjetas, y este es super divertido! Mariaje es nuestra retadora esta vez y ella es una scrapbooker increible, asi que se decidió por un scraplift de un LO, y aqui esta mi interpretacion:
You are supposed to scraplift one of your LOs for this challenge, but as you probably know, I'm not a scrapbooker, so Andrea gave me one of Mariaje's LO for this challenge.
I was inspired by the gold stripes and the white space, so I decided to use that in my card.
For the stripes I used thin double sided tape and gold foil. The letters were white chipboard, so I covered them in Versamark and embossed them with gold glitter embossing powder from WOW. I added some gold splatters on the background, and to finish it off, I colored a flower using my alcohol markers.
El reto consiste en scrapliftear uno de vuestros LOs, pero como ya sabeis, yo no hapo páginas, asi que Andrea me envió uno de los de Mariaje para el reto.
Me inspiré en las rayas doradas y todo el espacio blanco que me encanto, y lo llevé a mi tarjeta.
Para crear las rayas he utilizado una cinta adhesiva de doble cara finita, y un foil dorado. Las letras eran de chipboard blanco, pero las cubrí con versamark, y en polvos de embossing dorados con purpurina de WOW. En el fondo añadí salpicaduras doradas, y para terminar, coloreé una flor utilizando los rotus de alcohol.
If I would get to make this card again, I would probably add more flowers, but I'm happy with the end result.
I gave the flower and leaves some dimension with foam adhesive.
Si volveria a hacer esta tarjeta, seguramente añadiría más flores, pero me gusta como ha quedado.
Le dí algo de dimension a la flor con adhesivo de espuma.

Habeis pasado unos buenos dias de vacaciones? Yo he tenido visitas de familiares y amigos, y nos ha hecho muy buen tiempo, asi que no podemos quejarnos :-)
Queria pasarme por aqui a compartir una tarjeta que hice para Pascua y que compartí en el grupo de Facebook de A Blog Named Hero:
I made a quick Easter egg, using an egg mask and the Large Petal Background from Hero Arts, and I colored it with some markers. Then I die cut the letters and I colored them on a gradient and I stamped the happy to finish the card.

Con una mascara en forma de huevo y con el sello Large Petal Background de Hero Arts cree un huevo de Pascua, que coloreé con rotus. Entonces troquelé las letras y las coloreé en gradiente, y estampé el Happy para terminar la tarjeta.

Today I bring you a card I started a couple of weeks ago, and I finally finished it. I wanted to color the cupcake for the 30 day coloring challenge that Kathy from The Daily Marker is doing over on her blog, IG and FB. I failed miserably at the challenge, cause it's not a very good time of the year for me, not a lot of crafting going on, but I guess I tried... And I finally finished the card:
Hoy os traigo una tarjeta que empecé hace semanas, y que por fin he terminado. Queria colorear la cupcake para el reto de colorear 30 dias de Kathy de The Daily Marker, que esta haciendo en su blog, IG y FB. He fallado miserablemente, ya que me ha pillado en unas fechas muy malas, y no he podido hacer nada, pero bueno, .... Ahora os dejo con la tarjeta:
There's a mix of companies in this card, all of them old stamps, but I still love them all. To color the cupcake and the "happy" I used my Spectrum Noir markers.
I will be participating with this card in the current challenge over at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge "Anything Goes"
Esta tarjeta lleva una mezcla de compañias de sellos, todos bastante antiguos, pero me siguen encantando. Para colorear la cupcake y el "happy" he utilizado mis rotus de Spectrum Noir.
Voy a participar en el reto de Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge, que esta vez es "Todo Vale"
