Me again...

Wow!
That has been a veeery long time! I have been a very bad blogger and a not so good crafter, but life just got in the way (holidays, family staying over, helping friends...) Hopefully, there would still be someone there and you wont hold it against me, ha ha.

OK, I made the card I'm sharing today for the Papercrafts magazine submission call, but it didn't get picked up. Oh well, I had to give it a go... Here it goes:

I had sooo much fun making this card! And I got to use my new twine, that arrived on time for the submission call.
I did the sun, by gluing the twine on circles over a punched circle. Then I sewn the rays over the stamped blue panel. The sentiment was done using Harold's ABC's, and the "birthday" is from the Year One set both sets from Lawn Fawn ( Yes, they are new too, so exciting!!!). 
I rounded the corners and added some Diamond stickles to the Kraft panel border. After adding some rhinestones, the card was done.
