You should have come to me from Mel's blog, she is awesome! If you got here by accident, and want to start from the beginning, go to the Lawnscaping's blog! The theme for this hop is Fall, and this time, I decided to make something a bit different:
The idea behind the hop is to make something inspired by the photo. So I decided to go for fall colors, grass, leaves and super cute animals. And I made this adorable gift bags. We don't celebrate Thanksgiving here, in Spain, but I guess they would be perfect as a gift for your family.

Those critters are so adorable! I just used my silhouette to cut the boxes, and then there was lots of stamping, coloring and fussy cutting. I hate fussy cutting!!!! LOL!
When I first saw the picture for the hop, I thought the barn was gorgeous, and I wanted to try something, so I made a card:
I wanted to try to color the halloween house, from Lawn Fawn, making it look "not scary". It's a very simple card, cause I wanted to keep all the attention on the house.

They are all just perfect and I really love how you have made your leaves look so really. Truly looks like fall all around. ReplyDeleteSoooo... Did you know that your silhouette machine can cut out your stamped images so there is no fussy cutting necessary. Just scan one of the stamped images and open it up on your workpage. Use the trace feature to get cutlines, then you can color it in there and do a print and cut, or you can just print the outline and color in with copic markers. Or if you want, you can just cut out the image and stamp and color afterward. Super simple and much faster than fussy(ing)...
