Hiyaaaa!
We hadn't been doing the blog hops with SSS card kit for the past few months, but this month we are back! Yes! We bought the kit and we couldn't wait to use it! So here is my card:

Hacie ya un tiempo que no haciamos nuestro salto de blogs con el kit tarjetero de SSS, pero este mes estamos de vuelta! Sii! Nos hemos comprado el kit y estabamos deseando utilizarlo! Asi que aqui va mi tarjeta:
I'll be honest, I didn't have much time to make this card, as I received the kit yesterday and I had to spend the day at the hospital, but I couldn't wait to use that cute kite :-)
The stamp set is really cute with lots of happy faces, but I wanted my kite to not have a face, so I just stamped it on the back of the design paper.
The papers from the kit are beautiful plaids! And the sentiment is from the set of stickers that comes in the kit:
Os voy a ser sincera, y es que no he tenido mucho tiempo para hacer esta tarjeta, ya que recibí el kit ayer y he pasado el día en el hospital, pero no podía esperar a utilizar esa cometa tan mona :-)
El set de sellos es una monada con un monton de caritas sonrientes, pero yo quería que mi cometa no tuviera cara, asi que la estampé por la parte de detras del papel decorado.
Los papeles del kit son preciosos! Ah! Y el mensaje es del set de pegatinas que viene en el kit:

Ya estoy deseando hacer más tarjetitas con el resto de los sellos del kit, y también con la bolsita de lentejuelas! Aqui os dejo una foto del kit at completo:

I wasn't around last week, because my dad is back at the hospital... again. Just the same as always, but it just takes most of my time. Anyway, he's still gonna be there a few more days for sure, but I didn't want to wait to share this month challenge at La Pareja Creativa, cause I looooove it! Here is my card:

La semana pasada he estado desaparecida de nueva, pero es que tengo a mi padre en el hospital... otra vez. Es el mismo problema de siempre, asi que sigue sin ser grave, pero nos pasamos alli todo el tiempo. Pero bueno, aun le quedan unos dias ingresado, asi que no queria esperar para compartir el reto que comienza hoy en La Pareja Creativa, porque me chifla! Aqui va mi tarjeta:
I had the best time making this card because as you probably already know, I love gradients, and that's what the challenge is about. There's this inspiration board with the most amazing gradients at the challenge post:
He disfrutado tantisimo haciendo esta tarjeta... y es que como ya sabreis, estoy enamorada de los degradados, y ese es el tema del reto de este mes. Aqui van las fotos de inspiración del reto, con unos degradados increibles:
Aren't they beautiful? I NEED to get myself those Converse trainers, cause they are awesome! And once I saw them, I wanted my background to look like that.
So I took my distress inks in pink and yellow and blended them over white cardstock. Then I flicked some water over the top to remove some color, and added some gold and black splatters.
Cada cual más bonito, verdad? Yo personalmente NECESITO comprarme esas zapatillas Converse, porque son geniales! En cuanto las ví, supe que ese tenía que ser mi fondo. Asi que utilizando tintas distress rosas y amarillas, coloreé una cartulina blanca creando el gradiente. Despues añadí unas gotas de agua para eliminar algo de color, y añadí salpicones de oro y negro.
Then I die cut a panel with the "Rectangulos Cosidos" and to give it texture, I embossed the "Flor Delicada" die all over it. I love it!
For the message I used our product of the month, that you can get with a discount all month long, the "Feliz" die:
Despues he troquelado un panel rectangular con el troquel "Rectangulos Cosidos" y para darle textura, utilicé el troquel de "Flor Delicada" para hacer embossing en seco por todo el panel. ¡Me encanta el resultado!
Para el mensaje he utilizado el producto del mes de Mayo, que tiene descuento durante todo el mes, el troquel "Feliz":
