Hi everyone!
Sorry it has been a slow week here on the blog, but I finish work next week (yay!), so things are a bit crazy around here. I made this card last weekend, but I didn't have time to take a picture until today, so here it is:
I have to say that I am loving the stamp and die cut sets from Hero Arts. They are so easy to use and perfect if you don't like fussy cutting (like me).
I just used some Promarkers to color the flowers, and I went over the edges with Antique Linen distress ink.
This month the theme for the contest over at Hero Arts is Birthdays, so I will be entering this card.
And there is a new challenge going on at Young Crafters Unite, and the theme is Flowers, so I will be joining that one too:
I wanted to thank everyone for the nice comments on my photo tutorial over at A Blog Named Hero. You are all so nice, and they made me so happy!!! I have to say that I am loving being in this DT, it is so much fun and everyone is so nice! If you want some inspiration or just a place with great tutorials, go over there. The DT girls amaze me everyday!
By the way there is still a couple of hours left to enter the latest challenge, so get those old stamps inky!!!
Thanks for stopping by!

No coloring for YCU
Hi everyone!
Today I have another "no coloring" card for you.
Although I got those stamp sets a while back, this is the first time they see ink, ups! I love that hexagon pattern, so I think you might see a lot of it!
I made this card for the current challenge over at Young Crafters Unite:
There are still a couple of hours left, so if you have time, make a card!
I plan to spend the next couple of hours in the craft room playing with this:
Aren't those colors gorgeous??? Love them!

A card for Mary Dawn
Hello again!
This is my second post, so if you are here for Jennifer's baby card, scroll down or click here.
Probably you all know who Mary Dawn (My Pink Mexico) is, and if you don't, you should check her blog, she is so talented! I found her in twitter a couple of months ago, and the only thing I can say is that she is fun! So as she is one of our "bosses" over at A Blog Named Hero, the DT girls decided to make some "happy" cards for her, and you can see them all over at Michelle's blog. Here is mine:
I got this stamp and die set the other day, and I couldn't wait to play with it. I love butterflies, and for me, they always make a happy card! So I tried another of the techniques from A Cut Above class, making the die cuts go off the front of the car, by just die cutting part of it.
Anyway, hope you liked the card and thanks for stopping by! Don't forget to check Michelle's blog to see the other cards, and go visit My Pink Mexico, you will love it!
