This past weekend CHA happened, and in case you don't know what it is, it's the big scrap fair where they show all the new products that are coming, and I'm here to show you the ones that I've seen online and I can't wait to get ;-)
Este pasado fin de semana ha sido el CHA, y en caso de que no sepas lo que es, se trata de la mayor feria del mundo del scrap, donde se muestran los nuevos productos que estaran disponibles pronto. Hoy os traigo los que más me han gustado o llamado la atencion de lo que he visto por la red, y que estoy deseando tener en mis manos ;-)
Lawn Fawn is releasing some amazing paper collections. First of all, they have that plain cardstock rainbow that I can't wait to try. The plaid papers and those lovely polka dots are so, so pretty, right?
Lawn Fawn ha sacado unas colecciones de papeles tan bonitas. Primero, tienen una coleccion de cartulinas en arco-iris que estoy deseando probar. Y despues estan los papeles "plaid" y de lunares que son para morirse de bonitos, verdad?
Of course, there had to be a new distress product, and this time they are distress crayons. I'm not sure how they work yet, but I think they are similar to the Gelatos. I'll give them a go for sure :-)
Por supuesto, tenian que sacar un producto distress nuevo, y esta vez son las Distress Crayons. Aun no tengo muy claro como funcionan, pero creo que son similares a los Gelatos. Las probare seguro :-)
Ranger has a couple of interesting releases coming out. First of all, they are making the "Tim Holtz Stencils" for card makers! They will be smaller, and come in a pack of 3, so they are perfect for us.
I guess they've seen the trend with the fine tip applicators, and they are releasing their own to use with the Glossy Accents and the Enamel Accents. I think I'll probably get them.
And what do you think of that organiser? It turns! I wish I had space to put it on my table <3
And for those of you that have the Big Shot, they made this caddy to go with it so you can have a place to keep extras, or washi tape... A great idea!
Ranger tiene cositas interesantes preparadas. Lo primero es que van a sacar los stencils de Tim Holtz para tarjeteras! Seran de menos tamaño y vendran en pack de 3, asi que nos vienen genial.
Me parece que han visto la fama que los aplicadores de punta fina estaban consiguiendo y han sacado los suyos para utilizar con Glossy Accents and Enamel Accents. Creo que tendré que comprarme un par de ellos.
Y que me decis de ese organizador? Es giratorio! Como me gustaria tener espacio en mi mesa para poder tener uno <3
Y para las que teneis la Big Shot, han creado este "caddy" que sujetara lo que necesiteis, incuida la washi tape... Una idea genial!
Hero Arts has a new catalog out, and they had a couple of interesting products out. They made this parcial dies so you can have the design popping out of the card like in 3D. It's a very cool effect!
And they continue with their ombré ink pads, this time going with neon colors. They will be great for summer cards!
Hero Arts ha sacado nuevo catalogo, y tienen un par de productos muy interesantes. Han creado estos troqueles parciales con los que el diseño queda en 3D. Un efecto muy chulo!
Y continuan con su coleccion de tintas ombré, esta vez con colores neon. ¡Seran perfectos para las tarjetas veraniegas!
Foiling is still very trendy and they have a lot of new things coming out for the Minc machine. I thought this spray that reacts to the foil is a great idea!
Lawn Fawn is releasing this Stamp Shammy to clean your stamps. You only need a bit of water and your stamps will be perfect and be ready to use.
Gansai Tambi is releasing this Metallic Paints that look unbelievable over black cardstock! Love them!
And Fiskars is releasing this trimmer with a metallic guide for more precission. I think I might have to get myself one :-)

El foil sigue de moda y van a sacar una linea de productos para utilizar con la Minc. Este spray que reacciona con el foil me ha parecido una pasada!
Lawn Fawn saca este trapo para limpiar los sellos. Solo necesitas un poco de agua y tus sellos quedaran perfectos y listos para utilizar.
Gansai Tambi saca estas pinturas metalicas que quedan increibles sobre cartulina negra! Me chiflan!
Y Fiskars tiene una nueva cizalla con una guia metalica para que tenga aun mas precision. Puede que tenga que comprarme una :-)

Happy Reyes Day everyone! Today it's the beginning of a new challenge at La Pareja Creativa, and here is my card:
¡Feliz dia de Reyes! ¿Os han traido muchos regalos? Y a poder ser scraperos, verdad? ;-) Bueno, pues hoy comienza el primer reto del año de La Pareja Creativa, y aqui os dejo mi tarjeta:
The theme of the challenge this month is "Watercolor or watercolor effect", and we are using the "Product of the month" perfect for this challenge, the "Corazones de Acuarela" die set, that as you know it will be at 20% off until the end of the month:
El tema del reto es "Acuarela o Efecto Acuarela" y ademas estamos utilizando el "Producto del Mes" perfecto para este reto, el set de troqueles "Corazones de Acuarela" que estara con un descuento del 20% durante todo el mes:
To create my card, I started with a piece of watercolor paper and some distress inks. I used the ink smooshing technique, adding some distress inks to my work surface, spraying them with water, and just pushing the paper over them. Then I dried it with my heat gun, and pushed it against the inks again. Repeating the whole process a few times.
Once the "watercolor" panel was finished I die cut lots of hearts from the front of it. Then die cut the same hearts out of black fun foam, and added the hearts again with the added dimension.
Para crear la tarjeta, he utilizado papel de acuarela y algunas tintas distress. He añadido las diferentes tintas a mi superficie de trabajo, agua con un spray, y estampo el papel encima. Entonces lo seco con la pistola de calor, y vuelvo a repetir el proceso unas cuantas veces.
Una vez he terminado el panel de acuarela, troquelo unos cuantos corazones de éste. Troquelo los mismos corazones de goma eva negra, y vuelvo a pegar los corazones pero esta vez con dimension.
To finish it, I added the message by die cutting a few times the word die "Para Ti" and glueing them together. Then a few gems and the card was finished!

Para terminarla, añado el mensaje utilizando el troquel "Para Ti" con cartulina negra, y pegando varias capas juntas. Unos cuantos brillantitos aqui y allá y la tarjeta esta terminada!

A few days late, but Happy New Year everyone! How did you start this year? I'm trying to get organised after the Holidays, and I realised I forgot to share this card before, so although it's a bit late, I didn't want to leave it until next year ;-)
Voy un par de dias tarde, pero Feliz Año Nuevo a todos! ¿Como habeis empezado el año? Yo estoy intentando organizarme despues de las fiestas, y me he dado cuenta que al final no comparti esta tarjeta, asi que aunque ya no son fechas, no queria dejarla hasta el año que viene ;-)
I guess the only thing that makes this card Christmassy is the sentiment, so if you change that it could be an everyday card ;-)
I used the December card kit from SSS, that although it was probably my favorite of the year, I barely used, because December is a very difficult month.
But aren't those sequin stamps awesome?
I started by embossing the sentiment in black, and then I white embossed tons of sequins all over the card. I wanted some of them to overlap a bit, but instead of masking, I rub the extra powder before heating it. It's much faster that way!
A fin de cuentas, lo unico que hace que esta tarjeta sea Navideña, es el mensaje, asi que si lo cambias, este diseño te valdria para cualquier ocasion ;-)
He utilizado el kit tarjetero de SSS, que aunque ha sido mi preferido del año, casi no he usado, ya que Diciembre es un mes algo complicado. ¿Pero a que esos sellos de lentejuelas son geniales?
Comencé embosando el mensaje en negro y despues fui estampando las lentejuelas para embosarlas en blanco. Queria que algunas quedaran encima de otras, asi que en lugar de andar enmascarando, con un pincel quitaba los polvos de embossing que quedaban por encima antes de derretirlos. ¡Me parecio mucho mas rapido asi!
To color the sequins I used the Zig Real Brush Clean Color markers and a bit of extra water to move the color around with a brush.
And that's it! Super easy card that can be used for any occasion, and you then have sequins in every color! ;-)

Para colorear las lentejuelas he utilizado los rotuladores Zig Clean Color y agua con otro pincel para mover el color.
¡Y eso es todo! Una tarjeta super facil que puede ser utilizada para cualquier ocasion, y además así puedes tener lentejuelas de cualquier color! ;-)
