Rainbows at LPC... Arco Iris en La Pareja Creativa

Today it's my turn over at La Pareja Creativa, and I'm sharing a couple of colorful cards with you all. I started creating some rainbow backgrounds using watercolors, and I just had to use them on a card, so if you have time, I would love if you would stop by!

Hoy era mi turno en La Pareja Creativa, y he compartido unas tarjetas con mucho colorido. Estaba creando unos fondos de arco iris con acuarelas, y tenia que utilizarlos en unas tarjetas, asi que si tienes un ratito, me encantaria que te pasaras por alli!

March challenge at LPC... Reto de Marzo en LPC

It's March already, how did that happen? I can't believe it! This year is just flying by and with a new month, we get a new challenge at La Pareja Creativa. Let me show you my card:

¡Que ya estamos en Marzo! Como ha pasado esto? Es que ni me lo creo! Este año esta volando, y claro, con nuevo mes, tambien llega nuevo reto a La Pareja Creativa. Aqui os dejo mi tarjeta:

The theme of this challenge is to make your own patterned paper, and that's what I did for all the layers. I started stamping the front of a card with the dots stamp in our product of the month "Fondos para ella", that you can get with a discount this month.

El tema de este reto es crear tu propio papel decorado, y eso es lo que hice con todas las capas de la tarjeta. Empecé estampando el frente de una tarjeta con el sello de puntos del set "Fondos para ella", que es el Producto del mes y puedes comprar con descuento durante Marzo.

Then I die cut a tag with the "Pequeños regalos" die set and I stamped it with another stamp from "Fondos para ella", and I added it to the card hanging off, and cutting the excess. Then I added a blue banner stamped with some of the stars from a few LPC sets, and a stripe of black cardstock.

For the sentiment I used one of our new dies "Enhorabuena" and I gave it a bit of a shadow adding a black die cut underneath.

And to finish the card I glued down a few pink stars randomly!

Troquelé una etiqueta con el set "Pequeños Regalos" y lo estampé con otro de los sellos del set "Fondos para ella". Lo pegué a la tarjeta dejando una parte fuera que recorté. Después añadí un banderín azul en el que habia estampado varias estrellas de diferentes sets de LPC, y le pegué una tira de cartulina negra.
Para el mensaje me decidí por el nuevo troquel de "Enhorabuena" y le dí un poco de dimensión añadiendo un troquelado negro por debajo.
Y para terminar la tarjeta, una estrellas rosas aqui y allá!

Challenge 45 at 3F... Reto 45 para 3F

It's time for a new challenge at 3flowers-retos de tarjetas! This time we, the DT girls, run into some trouble, cause we all got confussed and didn't understand what the challenge was about. So get ready for the explanation.... you have to use black and white cardstock, embossing and inks to create a colorful card. And here is my card:

Ya llega un nuevo reto a 3flowers-retos de tarjetas! Esta vez, no veais lo que ha costado que entendieramos las chicas del DT el reto. Nada, que no habia manera, jeje. Asi que prepararos para la explicacion... Teneis que utilizar cartulina blanca, negra, embossing y tintas para crear una tarjeta llena de color. Y aqui va mi interpretacion:

 To tell you the truth I don't know why I had such a big problem with this card, because most of my cards use those products, but I just couldn't think of anything! But after a couple of tries, this happened, and I like it! There's something about a skyline stamp that makes me happy ;-)
So I started by masking a piece of white cardstock. Then I white embossed the skyline, and started adding the distress inks to create a sunset. Then I removed the masks and added the sentiment from the new release at La Pareja Creativa.

Si os digo la verdad no estiendo por qué tuve tantos problemas con este reto, ya que la mayoria de mis tarjetas utilizan esos productos, pero es que no se me ocurria nada! Pero despues de un par de intentos, salió esta tarjeta, y me gustaaa! Los sellos de edificios tienen algo que me chifla ;-)
Asi que empecé enmascarando una cartulina blanca. Despues estampé los edificios con versamark y polvos de embossing blancos, y fuí coloreando el "cielo" con tintas distress. Entonces quité el papel de enmascarar y añadí  el troquel "Siempre" y el sello del set "Especial" del ultimo lanzamiento de La Pareja Creativa.

To give the sky a bit of texture, I added some water drops that react with the distress inks. And isn't that "Siempre" die gorgeous? I looooove it!

Para darle algo de textura al cielo, añadí gotitas de agua que reaccionan con las tintas distress. Y no os parece que ese troquel de "Siempre" es una maravilla? Me ha enamorado!

Trying the new products... Probando los nuevos productos

Yesterday it was my turn at La Pareja Creativa, and I finally was able to use the gorgeous new products. I love them so much! I'm gonna use them all the time, so I hope you don't get too tired of them ;-)

Release at LPC... Lanzamiento en LPC

Today was a happy day at La Pareja Creativa, because we were able to show you a new release! I looooove all the sentiment stamps and dies from this release and they are super useful. Here they are:

Yolanda's challenge... El reto de Yolanda

There's a new challenge at 3flowers-retos de tarjetas, and this time it was Yolanda's turn to choose, and she went for "Paper Piecing". And here is my card:

Hay nuevo reto en 3flowers-retos de tarjetas, y esta vez era el turno de Yolanda de elegir, y se decidió por el "Paper piecing". Y aqui va mi tarjeta:

Loooots of paper piecing on this one ;-) I started with the background paper, that lovely wooden print with the scattered white hearts. 
I stamped those gorgeous flowers from Hero Arts over it, and over the pink paper (that is from the Hello Sunshine collection from Lawn Fawn), and on a piece of green polka dot paper too.
And then I started the fussy cutting, loooots and lots of it. I didn't think cutting and adding all the stems was gonna be SO hard, but it definately took a very, very long time. But the end result is so amazing in real life! 
Then I finished it stamping that beautiful sentiment from Winnie and Walter.

Un monton de paper piecing en esta ;-) Empecé utilizando ese precioso papel para el fondo, de madera con corazoncitos blancos.
Estampé encima las flores de Hero Arts, y tambien sobre un papel rosita de la coleccion Hello Sunshine de Lawn Fawn, y sobre un papel verde de lunares.
Y a recortar como una loca! No pensé que me iba a costar tanto añadir los tallos, pero una vez que me puse ya no podia dejarlo a medias, asi que me llevo bastante rato. Pero el resultado final es tan bonito, que merece la pena!
Y para terminar la tarjeta estampé la frase de Winnie and Walter.
