I loved the "Lots of Love" stamp set when I saw it. It has some gorgeous sentiments, and when I saw this one, I knew it would look great with the "Alphabet background" from Hero Arts. And I used one of my favorite color combinations, the Butter Bar ink from HA is gorgeous!!

Cuando vi los sellos de "Lots of Love" de "Avery Elle" la primera vez, me encantaron! Tiene unas frases originales y con letras muy monas, y la que he utilizado para esta tarjeta, sabia que iba a quedar perfecta con el "Alphabet Background" de "Hero Arts". Asi que decidi utilizar una de mis combinaciones de colores favoritas, ¿no te encanta la tinta amarilla "Butter Bar" de "Hero Arts"? Es mi amarillo preferido!

It's another week of celebration at A Blog Named Hero, and this time our guests are some of our favorite Hero Arts designers. You must check out yesterday's projects, cause they were stunning!
And today it's my turn, so here it's my card:

Esta es otra semana de celebracion en A Blog Named Hero, y esta vez nuestros invitados son algunos de nuestros favoritos artistas de Hero Arts. No te puedes perder las tarjetas de ayer, porque eran geniales!
Y hoy me toca a mi, asi que aqui esta mi tarjeta:
I went for an acetate card. I love them! I stamped the butteflies and sentiment on the acetate using black StazOn, and I used alcohol inks to color them on the back. I used the pearl mixative, so the color wasn't translucent and it made them so shiny.Here you have a close up:
Me decidi por una tarjeta de acetato. Me encantan! Estampe las mariposas y el mensaje en el acetato utilizando tinta StazOn negra, y utilice tintas de alcohol para colorearlas por la parte de dentro del acetato. Utilice un "mixative" de perla, para que el color no fuera traslucido y asi brillaran mas. Aqui se puede ver mejor:
I glued a piece of Eggshell Layering paper on the back, to make the butterflies pop.
I had to add some bling, so using doble sided tape I added glitter to the front of the card, and added gemstones to the butterflies. I used a marker to draw the trails.

Pegue cartulina de Hero Arts del color "eggshell" en la parte de dentro del acetato, para que las mariposas resaltaran mas.
Tenia que añadir algun brillito, asi que utilice cinta de pegamento de doble cara para añadir purpurina de Glitter Ritz (es super fina)y pegue unas gemas en los cuerpos de las mariposas. Utilice un permanente para dibujar la estela que habrian dejado las mariposas.

Have you been visiting ABNH this past week? Awesome projects from the DT! Today I'm over there with some of the DT girls, mixing Timeless Twine and Hero Arts stamps, and I get to share it here too:

Has visitado A Blog Named Hero durante esta semana? Las chicas del equipo han hecho unas tarjetas fantasticas! Hoy me toca a mi combinar el cordel de Timeless Twine con los sellos de Hero Arts, y tambien lo puedo compartir aqui:
I had so much fun making this card! Just playing around with the twine, trying to figure out different ways to use it...
I used a die cut sentiment from Hero Arts for the Silhoutte to shape the twine, and it was easier than I thought. I just traced the die cut with Tombow Mono Multi Glue, and then added the twine!
I wanted to have some soft stamping over the background, because I wanted the sentiment to stand out, so I used "double generation stamping" to get a softer look.
Then I added the "teal" butterflies for a pop of color, and I didn't glue the wings down to give it more dimension.
Me he divertido mucho haciendo esta tarjeta! Jugando con el cordel, buscando diferentes maneras de utilizarlo...
He utilizado el "hello friend" de Hero Arts para la maquina Silhouette. Lo corte en papel, el de impresora vale, ya que es solo para hacerte la plantilla. Necesitas aplicar el pegamento, siguiendo la plantilla, yo he utilizado Tombow Mono Multi, pero cualquier pegamento liquido te valdria. Sera mas facil si tiene un aplicador en punta o algo asi. Una vez que tienes la frase "escrita" en pegamento, vas dandole forma al cordel.
Queria que el panel en el que iba a colocar el cordel tuviera un estampado suave, para que no le quitara protagonismo, asi que utilice la tecnica del "estampado de segunda generacion". Consiste en estampar el mismo sello dos veces seguidas sin añadirle tinta, unicamente utilizando la tinta que queda en el sello despues de estamparlo una vez.
Despues añadi las mariposas turquesa para tener un golpe de color, y no pegue las alas al panel para que tuviera algo de dimension.
