I have another card for you using the same technique as yesterday, but this time with stamping and different cardstocks:
Para hacer la tarjeta que traigo hoy, he utilizado la misma tecnica que ayer, pero esta vez tambien estampando y con diferentes cartulinas:
This one was a bit more complicated, because I had to stamp, die cut, then die cut the puzzle, put it back together... It took me a long time, but I love how everything is in one level, but it looks like it had dimension. I used the gorgeous doilies from Clearly Besotted, and I embossed them with silver powder. They are so pretty! And I finally used the white woodgrain paper from Simon Says Stamp that I bought ages ago. It's so pretty, I just didn't want to use it, just keep it! ;-)

Esta ha sido un poco mas complicada, porque primero tuve que estampar, troquelar, despues troquelar el "puzzle", volverlo a unir correctamente... Vamos, que me llevo bastante tiempo, pero me encanta como todo queda al mismo nivel, pero tiene apariencia dimensional. Utilice los sellos de blondas de Clearly Besotted, y los estampé y cubrí con polvos de embossing plateados. Quedan preciosos asi! Y por fin he utilizado el papel de relieve en forma de madera de Simon Says Stamp que me compre hace una barbaridad. Es tan bonito que no queria utilizarlo, solo quedarmelo! ;-)

I've been taking the latest Online Card Class, Holiday Card Workshop, but I've been so busy, I didn't have time to play along. But today that changed and I made some cards, that I will be sharing through the week. Here is the first one:
Estoy apuntada a la ultima clase de Online Card Class, Holiday Card Workshop, pero como he estado bastante ocupada, no he podido participar. Pero hoy eso ha cambiado y he podido hacer unas cuantas tarjetas, que iré compartiendo durante la semana. Aqui va la primera:
When I take this classes, the die cutting day is ALWAYS my favorite! I just love all the different techniques, so I couldn't wait to give this one a go. I wanted to use the dies from "La Pareja Creativa" to see how they would work without the coordinating stamps. And yes, I still love them! To make the leaves, I used the die for the pinecone.
Cuando participo en estas clases, el dia de la leccion de troquelado es SIEMPRE mi favorita! Me encantan todas las diferentes tecnicas, asi que no podia esperar a probar ésta. Quería utilizar los troqueles de La Pareja Creativa para ver como funcionaban sin los sellos. Y sí, me siguen encantando! Para hacer las hojas de la flor de Pascua, utilicé el troquel de la piña grande.
And in case you haven't notice, that banner is a piece of wood. I die cut all the pieces, color them and put them back together like a puzzle. So much fun! Here is a close up:
Por si no se ve bien en la foto, mencionar que el banderin es papel de madera. Es genial, porque los troqueles lo cortan como si fuera mantequilla. Troquelé todas las piezas, las coloree con Promarkers y las volví a colocar como si fuera un puzzle. Que divertido! Aqui tienes un primer plano:

It's week 3 of the Dear Santa event at A Blog Named Hero, and this week we are making some Home Decor projects!
Estamos ya en la tercera semana del evento "Dear Santa" de A Blog Named Hero, y esta vez, traemos un monton de proyectos de decoracion!
I decided to decorate some frames to bring some Christmas decor to every room. Here they are:

I wanted to try this for a while. I used the grid border die from Simon Says Stamp to cut a big grid that I can use as a guide. Then I cut different colors with the same grid die to glue down following a cross-stitch pattern. It took a while, but because the image is quite big. You should give it a go!
Llevaba queriendo intentar esto un tiempo. Utilicé el troquel de borde "grid" de Simon Says Stamp para crear una plantilla de rejilla grande, que podria usar como guia. Despues troquele cuadraditos en los colores que necesitaba, y los fuí pegando uno a uno, siguiendo un patrón de punto de cruz. Me llevo bastante tiempo, porque es grande, pero tienes que probarlo!
For this one I made an ornament using the Party Dots set from Neat and Tangled. I first stamped the back of the stamp with Butter Bar ink, and then embossed the front of it with glitter gold embossing powder. Added the gorgeous bow from Avery Elle, and stamped the sentiment at the bottom.
Love the sparkle!
Para esté, cree un adorno utilizando el set Party Dots de Neat and Tangled. Primero estampé la parte de atras del sello con tinta Butter Bar, y despues estampe la parte de delante con versamark y utilice polvos de embossing dorados con purpurina. Añadí el precioso lazo de Avery Elle, y el sentimiento en la parte de abajo. Me encanta como brilla!
I used some paper and thickers from the Cut & Paste collection from Amy Tangerine. The thickers were bright green, so I just used a marker to color them. Added lots of sequins to make it "bright" ;-)

Utilice un papel y las "thickers" de la coleccion Cut & Paste de Amy Tangerine. Las "thickers" eran de un color verde brillante, asi que las coloree con un permanente negro. Para terminar le pegué un montón de lentejuelas.
