More Paper Smooches!

Hiya!! Today I have another card made with Paper Smooches for you. I have to say that I looove those stamps, the images are soooo cute, and they are great quality, so I will be getting more of those for sure! Here is the card for today:
Those cute creatures are just perfect for a mini card! And they make it so quick and easy...
So I started by stamping the bunny on white cardstock with Black Memento Ink and coloring the image with Promarkers. I then stamped the sentiment, the hearts and the borders with more black Memento ink onto the front of a mini card. I colored the hearts using Promarkers and after I cut the bunny out, I adhered it with dimensionals to the front of the card. I added some Glossy Accents here and there, and the card was finished!
Here is a close up:
I will be linking this card to the current Simon Says Stamp Challenge, as this week, anything goes!!
And you could win one of this:
Who doesn't want to get new goodies?? Ok, hope you liked the card, and if you still haven't got any Paper Smooches stamps, what are you waiting for??? They are awesome!!!
Thanks for stopping by!!

Blue Christmas...

Hello everyone! Today I have a Christmas card to share with you:
Lots of Hero Arts goodies here! I started by white embossing the Snowflakes on white cardstock. Then I distressed the edges with Broken China and Weathered wood distress inks.
For the snow globe I did lots of paper piecing using the Nordic Holiday Collection from Basic Grey, love those papers!! For the snow I used Glossy Accents, and added Candy Floss glitter.
I created the banner using papers from the same collection, and I added some faux stitching with a white gel pen.
Used StazOn to stamp the sentiment, and glued everything together using dimensionals for the snow globe. Here is a close up:
I am entering this card into this month contest over at Hero Arts, and there is still time to enter, so go make some cards!!
And this week the challenge over at the Simon Says Stamp Challenge blog is Anything goes, so I am linking it too
Go add every project you make this week, cause you could win this:
Anyway, thanks for stopping by and I hope you liked it!!!

Paper Piecing for Lawnscaping

Hi everyone! How are you today? Here it was bank holiday, so got lots of crafting done, yay! Today I have this card to share with you:
Lots of paper piecing on this one, as it is what the current Lawnscaping's challenge required. I got to use one of my new stamp sets from Lawn Fawn, Blissful Botanicals, and I love it!
I started by stamping the flowers and butterflies on a piece of white cardstock and on the label I cut using my silhouette. I use distress inks and an ink applicator to color the label in blue, as to mimic the sky. Then I color the other flowers and butterflies using my promarkers, and I cut them all.
I started to glue everything down onto the label, giving some dimension to the butterflies.
I used the Canvas Stripes stamp from Hero Arts for the front of the card, by stamping it a couple of times using Antique Linen distress ink. I used the same ink to distress the edges of the card, after I rounded the corners using my Corner Chomper.
Added the label to the front of the card, and stamped the sentiment (one of the free "thank you" stamps you get with the Lawn Fawn orders) with Black Memento ink. Then I added some pearls and some Glossy Accents to finish the card.
You still have time to enter this challenge from Lawnscaping, so go over there and create something!
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you liked it!!
